Every effort has been taken to represent products as true to life as possible in images, but some materials are challenging to photograph and may appear different in person.

All prices displayed are quoted in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP) and are valid and effective only in the UK.
Stock and Availability
Some items are limited to a specific number of stock, whilst others allow purchases that exceed the current stock. Current stock counts are displayed on all items. Customers will receive a notification upon placing an order that exceeds current stock counts. In this event, additional time is required to make your order, which will scale depending on the volume. You will be contacted via email with more specific information related to your order.
A limitation is imposed to protect from payments being made for orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. For orders that exceed the web store’s limitations, please get in touch, I’d love to work with you.
Packaging / Shipping
All products are packaged with as little plastic as possible. In an effort to reduce cost and waste, we will attempt to fit as many products in a single box as possible and will include a single stationary set relevant to each item type in the order.
Individual Wrapping
You can specify “individual wrapping” on some items. When specified, these items will be placed in their own box, with their own care instructions and any other relevant stationary. This is best if you intend to pass the items on as individual gifts to different people. Selecting this option will add a bit more to the cost, because normally we’d try to fit as much in one box as possible, and print only one set of stationary.
Shipping Options
All products are shipped using Royal Mail Signed delivery. You can specify 1st class or 2nd class, and we use signed delivery for both yours, and our protection from fraudsters and losses.
Lead Times
We do not provide delivery dates or commit to a specific lead time. This is due to there being no guarantee on services supplied by 3rd parties that we rely on including our suppliers and couriers, as well as the fact that some items are made to order or may have been ordered on a backlog. We will provide you updates over email where a delay is expected, but generally we’d expect you to have your items within 7 days of placing your order. Large or custom orders may differ.
Returns
If your purchase arrives and is damaged or defective, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
It is your responsibility to care for your purchases properly. Where appropriate, a care card is included with instructions on how to look after your purchase. Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to lack of care, or normal wear and tear.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty
All products are guaranteed for quality issues or failure for 30 days after purchase, excluding disposable/consumable products including but not limited to; soaps, greetings cards. Any items that are proven to be of sub-standard quality upon arrival can be returned for a refund or replacement.
Warranty is considered void if the item has been mistreated or mishandled as per the provided instructions. For example, washing a block-printed product on high heat with stain remover will cause excessive wear and is not covered under any warranty.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their own personal safety, including but not in limitation to allergies and intolerances by way of the Product Information supplied.
