Testimonials on the site are all submitted ahead of time. Consent is obtained from the authors, allowing the use of their name and comments, and sometimes an image.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
When you submit a message via the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, and comment. This information is use solely so that we can reply to your message, and is not shared with any third parties.

How long we retain your data
If you make a purchase, the record and its metadata are retained for a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 20 years, starting from the last update to the sale record. This is so we can accurately pay our taxes and meet any legal obligations. This includes name, email, shipping and billing address, the product(s), and the sale value plus any voucher codes.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, have left comments, or made a purchase, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. We receive data from Google and Bing regarding search terms and the website’s ranking and performance. This data does not contain any personal information beyond rough geographic location, and information on your device (is it a mobile, or a computer?)
